Help me give my students construction paper, folders, clipboards, and headphones to continue their interactive learning with our reading and writing projects.
These students are outdoorsy, hands on, kinesthetic kids. They love the outdoors and appreciate experiencing new and exciting things that connect to our world’s past.
Most of our reading and writing projects revolve around events that have happened in history.
The tragedy of the Titanic, the race against death of Balto, and to volcanoes and earthquakes that have happened around the world.
We take our new knowledge of these events and connect them with our own lives and within themselves. Learning and growing from our pasts.
My Project
These supplies will help enrich our students' learning by providing options for a variety of learning opportunities with listening to multiple texts and creating projects based off what we have read. The paper organizer will provide space available for organization, the headphones will be used for audio texts and videos over the criteria, and the clipboards will provide flexible work spaces.
Students already have access to a couple of these supplies, but we are needing more supplies for a 2-1 ratio of sharing them.
These supplies will be used for ongoing learning based off the lessons we are working on.
Our students need a variety of ways to understand a topic and these supplies will help provide this opportunity. Each item will help assist further learning inside our reading and writing classroom.
