This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Covid-19 impacted my kindergarten classroom greatly. Many of our classroom supplies are worn out and are depleted. I work at a Title I school so many students come to school without the necessary supplies. Our class goes through a lot of consumables in a given school year. My kindergarten students are very active learners and we spend a great deal of time with small groups instruction where they learn through hands-on. The floor puzzles, alphabet bean bags, and bear counters will be great tools for them to use.
