My Students

My kindergarteners love to learn! They are so eager to try new things and explore the world around them. They are kind to one another and encourage and help whenever they can. They love to read and write stories. They are excellent artists. We love to do science experiments and exploring how things work. We love finding new words and expanding our vocabularies. They look ge to problem solve, that is one thing i love watching is how they work together to figure things out! They love to learn through play. We grow as a family every year.

My Project

"He's touching me! She's not sitting in her spot." These are the constant cries I hear from my kindergarteners as we gather to the front of the room for a lesson. We are requesting a rug for our classroom to use during our story time, calendar, and whole group lessons. My students need a cozy carpet to invite them to learn. We spend most of our day on the floor and my students would love to have a comfy space of their own while they take on the learning challenges of kindergarten. Having this classroom rug will allow my students to stay focused on their learning instead of worrying about where and what they are sitting on.
