Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students come varying backgrounds and are enthusiastic about learning. Many of my students come from low income families and are learning English as a Second Language. These different backgrounds allow for a multi learning experience in culture and everyday engagement.

My students like to read, draw, engage in hands on activities and have a joy for coming to school.

While many of my students are considered below grade level, they still have a passion for learning and engaging in meaningful relationships with their peers.

My Project

Organization is essential to making a classroom run efficiently and smoothly. Students need organization and structure to help them keep their materials in order and keep the room clean and safe.

With the use of the magazine holders, students will be able to store their writing materials in an area that will allow them easy access and keep their materials together.

The mailbox will house their center journals and the storage containers will keep their centers neat and orderly.

Storage is essential to keeping the room clean, safe, and functional for students. These materials will go a long way in making this happen for my students.
