My students are incredible. I learn just as much from them each day as they do from me. While having a wide range of abilities, my students are curious and enthusiastic, and they are eager to immerse themselves in any kind of challenge. They love hands-on activities where they are forced to think outside the box and take responsible risks.
My students are from a small town where the school is at the heart of the community.
They know each other quite well and love to collaborate while learning. Creating opportunities for collaboration has enabled them to gain important life skills and practice being part of a team.
My Project
Moving into a new and larger room allows for more unique seating. Help me give students flexible seating options of sitting on ball chairs that allow for bouncing and movement. Also, students love working in dim light. Help add a lamp to the room to allow lights off but still adequate light to continue learning.
Noses are running like crazy and the Kleenex supply is dwindling.
The Clorox wipes will help kill germs to keep kids healthy and in school. Please consider donating for a few odds and ends needed in my classroom. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated.
