This year I am moving from 4th grade to 2nd grade. I haven’t met my new kiddies yet, but I am so excited for this school year! As I have been setting up my new classroom and navigating the new curriculum, I have discovered a need for a classroom mailbox.
A classroom mailbox will increase student independence and help keep my second graders organized!
I want to set my students up for success in their learning with a one-stop shop for their materials!
Organization is key to a well run classroom. This project will set my students up to be successfully organized. This organizer will serve as a mailbox and provide a space for my new second graders to collect important notices to go home to families. It will also serve as a cubby system for my students to store multiple independent reading books and folders for rotation work.
This new system will allow my students to have quick and easy access to important materials and to transition seamlessly throughout the day.
With your donation, my students will learn responsibility and independence by organizing their materials to be the best students they can be!
