Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
All my students are English language learners. They are mostly from economically disadvantaged families. Many of my students need help to get their basic needs met. I have students whose parents need to work 2 jobs to make ends meet.
My Project
I would like to provide great instruction to my students who are now learning from their homes due to the global pandemic.
The items I have selected for this project are classroom essentials that aid me in providing great instruction for my students.
Without these items it becomes very difficult to manage our day to day instruction due to our ever changing situation. With the help of these charts, calendars, and planner I will be able to stay on track with the things I need to deliver lessons from my new teaching environment. I am also in need of a teacher chair because I was unable to bring the one from my classroom. It would be beneficial to have this chair because I am now practically sitting the whole day to develop and plan lessons and conference with my students.
