I have a small family of nineteen students. Our class is a combination of fourth and fifth graders. Our school is located in the Tucson. We are on the far southwest side of Tucson, Arizona.
I teach a classroom of English language learners.
I have a great group of students that are very hard working. My students are always up to the job but I sometimes feel that they lose interest in the materials I provide them.
Our class could use everyday essentials to make our routines a little easier. My students are often looking around the classroom for any extra pencils. We are also having to constantly borrow materials from various classrooms so we have enough tools to work on a project.
My students make the best out of the materials they have but having some classroom essentials would take one less stresser off of learning.
Having an area with all the proper materials to shore there creativity would be great. My students deserve the opportunity to have their own scissors, extra pencils, or even enough notebooks to organize their writing.
