Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Our student are struggling to keep up due to shortages of basic supplies in our classrooms. We are constantly running out of pencils, erasers are worn down to nubs, and we can't keep up with broken pencil tips. This project largely is intended to keep learning going by supplying us with writing utensils and ways to keep them in working order via extra erasers and a classroom sharpener.

These supplies are quality of life improvements since our current materials are falling apart or running low.

The analog clocks in our rooms are subpar and the dictionaries we currently possess are falling apart. The new, giant digital clocks will help students keep time and follow along with our reading.
