Classroom Easel

Help me give my students a new easel for our classroom. With this easel, my students will be able to model their thinking on the magnetic white board.

My Project

I have a class of 15 energetic second graders. A goal of mine is to create a classroom that allows for student-led math lessons.

A new easel in my classroom would allow me to have two areas in my classroom where I can teach my lessons from.

It will also allow me to display content on my projector board while simultaneously modeling material on the whiteboard easel. Currently, my students struggle to come up to the main board to model their math thinking because it is too tall and the projector component is quite bright. This easel is the perfect height. My students would be able to come up to it and model their thinking during math while other students follow along. This would be a lovely set up, as I would have any materials projected on my main whiteboard while myself or my students can be modeling work on the easel whiteboard. The wheels are convenient because I would be able to move the easel to different areas in my classroom. The storage underneath is perfect for storing any materials myself or my students might need during lessons such as math manipulatives, dry erase markers, extra pencils, and much more. By donating to my classroom, you would be help create a more functional space where all of my students can flourish.
