Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Students in my class currently have many limited resources during this time of pandemic. Not only is internet access an issue, but there are many other circumstances which impede my students' learning, such as no access to basic school supplies, books, and technology.

My job as a teacher is to provide the best educational experience for all of my students, no matter what is going on in our world.

My Project

By having these materials during this very difficult time, my students and I will be able to better share videos, upload resources, and chat virtually to keep some sense of normalcy during these very difficult times. My students are desperately in need of interaction with myself and their classmates to enhance their learning experiences. Having these materials would allow us to all connect and bring some routine to our days.

These virtual learning materials will unify our class, even from a far distance and allow students to continue growing and learning despite the impact of Covid-19.
