My Students

I have 15 kindergarten students in a grade K-8 public school. We are a multi-grade charter school. Our school take many class trips and believes in fully engaging students into a real life curriculum.

I am still organizing my classroom and still need materials to enhance student learning.

I have been in my classroom for less than 3 years so it is still a work in progress. I really do pour my energy into arranging the room and providing materials for student growth and ease of access. Anything on my list would really help!

My Project

Students need supplies for writing, reading, and social-emotional skills. I have made a list of items that can really help my students immediately once they are purchased. Students will continue to grip the pencils the correct way with the triangular pencils and then move to the circle pencils. In addition, stamps will be a great multi-sensory way to encode and decode words and practice sight words! The birthday hats are a great way to celebrate in the classroom since we can't bring in a snack.
