My students need headphones and one auxiliary cord for computer activities. The headphones we have now just aren't durable.

My Students

My students have diverse backgrounds, as well as diverse needs. They are the most amazing kidos to work with, and inspire me to be a better teacher. I teach in an ESE-inclusion, math, classroom, at a school that would be considered Title I, which means 60% of our students are on free or reduced price lunch.

We cross language barriers, laugh, learn, create, and solve.

Students learn to be responsible for their own work and their actions. They learn to stick up for themselves by asking for things they need and to disagree with each other respectfully.

It's a full year and we aren't done yet!

My Project

My students are responsible for 45 min of independent computer work per week. This computer work is focused on lessons tailored to their needs. Currently we have 6 pairs headphones checked out from the library, but they are just not durable enough for daily use! And one aux cord provided by the teacher that is not always in the classroom (personal aux cord).

By donating to our project you will be helping students work on basic math skills they need to succeed in Pre-Algebra.

Some of my students are unable to afford headphones, and others had headphones that no longer work. Not only will these headphones affect the 88 students in my class this year but the many to come after.
