My Students

I am a middle school Career & Technical Education teacher. I am going into my fourth year at this school, and have worked hard to create a clean, safe, engaging, and technologically savvy classroom.

My students come from various ethnic and economic backgrounds, many from single-parent families.

They are eager to learn and love the hands-on learning my curriculum offers. I teach real-life skills my students will take with them throughout their lifetime.

I would love any support you can give to help me create a creative, safe space for my students to enter each day.

My Project

My classroom serves 25-30 students six periods per day. We currently have 19 chromebooks available for classroom use, but that does not allow my students 1:1 access. We were hoping to have 1:1 access this upcoming school year, but due to budget constraints, it has been delayed.

Because of this, I am requesting six Dell 11 chromebooks, including the Google management console on each, to help complete our classroom set.

By donating to our project, you will be providing regular access to engaging technology that encourages learning in the areas of nutrition and health, personal finance and budgeting, caring for children, as well as personality and career development.
