This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A literacy rich classroom helps foster a life-long love of reading. Each and every dime will go towards funding books for my students. Buying books in both English and Spanish, I hope to build a literacy rich classroom to meet students where they are, at any reading level.

All students deserve to be provided books they find interesting, books that represent who they are, and books with stories they can relate to.

My students are funny, kind, smart, and deserving of great books they can enjoy and cherish for life.
