This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are in a Title 1 school with over 70% on free and reduced lunch.

Students who come to school hungry in the morning are less likely to stay awake and focused on math.

Please help my period one students who are taking precalculus stay focused on their learning by providing snack incentives to participate in class discussions, finish their work in class, and be competitive in class games.

Here is a student quote I gathered from a previous donation, "The snacks give me motivation to be successful and help me when I'm hungry."
