My students are learning that what they do now will impact their futures.
Many of my students come from low-income homes and do not know what they want to do in the future. In our class, we learn to take chances, make messes, and learn to make an impact on the world!
My Project
These supplies will help my students learn how circuits and electricity work in the real world. Each of these supplies will assist my students in connecting their education to the real world. The Makey Makey's will allow the students to see how a keyboard is programmed. The snap circuits will allow students to see how a real electrical unit works.
The goal of this project is to get students thinking about the world around them.
This project will also help students discover jobs they would like to have in the future. This project will help students understand that school matters and what they are learning is important.
