My school is located in a rural area with almost half our students being from low-income families. Our school strives to provide students with best learning opportunities to allow them to grow. The students is my classes love to create projects that allow them to show off their imagination and creativity. I work with the students in my STEM classes to provide them the opportunity to explore various areas of science, technology, engineering, art, and math.
My students are very inquisitive and love to learn and solve challenges given to them.
I try to provide each and every student with the opportunity to explore areas in STEM that interest them. Providing them with this customized opportunity makes them truly enjoy their learning experience!
My Project
Currently my students have a rotation in their STEM class on circuitry in which they use Snap Circuits. The Snap Circuits allow them to create a variety of circuits from the basics to some that are more complex. However, I would like to provide my students with some more advanced circuitry experiments.
The Circuit Scribe Kits will turn our circuitry rotation into a whole new learning experience!
The students will be able to explore concepts like conductivity, touch-sensitive circuits, timed circuits, and more! Plus the kits will allow the students to connect to our Arduino boards and integrate coding into the circuits.
