Help me give my students these STEM Circuitry and Robots to use in their Makerspace STEAM Room. They will be using these items that are relevant today for our future leaders to learn about STEAM.

My Students

After being flooded on the first day of school in 2011, we were displaced for 5 years and are now in our new building. We are starting a brand new STEAM Lab/Maker Space and will need a lot of materials for the students to complete several 20% Genius projects. Our Pre-K-5 students will be participating in these projects throughout the year. Our students love to create, research, and make wonderful projects using the growth mindset and design process. I wish for the program to be a huge success and most of all for the students to enjoy their learning in Science Technology Engineering Agriculture/Art and Math!

My Project

Students will be learning in a different way for this project!

This project allows students to pick their own Circuitry and Robotics project using Squishy Circuits, Ozobots or Makey Makey.

In fact, these students often go "above and beyond" their standards by reaching for a greater depth of knowledge than most curriculum tends to allow. These Engineering STEAM items will allow students to create with their Family. Students and their families will come up with an idea, research the idea and then design something that correlates with their idea and project. Each student will come up with an idea, research it, and build it.

The best way to increase STEAM creativity is to build more, and these science, technology, engineering, agricultural/art and math challenges will provide future leaders the skill sets necessary to thrive.
