I am currently working with high school students to build sustainable girls' and boys' varsity volleyball teams. The boys and girls I am currently working with are energetic, dedicated and willing/eager to learn. The students I work with come from varying socioeconomic backgrounds. They enjoy learning new volleyball skills, techniques, and strategies. They are athletes who take the time to help fellow players with their technique, court positioning, and strategies. The boys have created a safe space where all players feel empowered and valued.
I am currently working on getting new equipment for the varsity volleyball team at our school. I recently received funding for 8 new practice volleyballs. Due to the new equipment, I currently need equipment/ a device that will enable me to secure acquired volleyballs, etc. It is very difficult to keep track of the volleyball equipment because the storage space is shared with other teams, organizations, etc. Obtaining a storage container will allow me to safely secure the volleyball equipment and limit the usage of the equipment. Students will learn responsibility, and team work via taking care of the volleyball equipment. The CHS volleyball players greatly appreciate your monetary assistance and support. Thank you for your investment in the CHS volleyball players.
