My Students

I teach 10th grade students in AP European History & World History. Within all of these classes are a broad variety of learning styles but I have found that my students really enjoy having technology in the classroom.

My students love using the technology in our classroom and are in need of a charging cart to help prolong the condition of our Chromebooks and their chargers.

My students are so much more focused & engaged with one another when able to use the technology cart. It really enhances the way they learn.

My Project

My class has a set of 35 Chromebooks that we were fortunate enough to get through donors choose a year ago and they now need a home to be safely stored overnight. As of right now our computers are stacked on each and locked up every night. We have extension cords running all over our class connecting to power strips that are then connected to multiple tables with outlet plugs in them.

One can imagine how often students, and myself, trip over these cords.

Not only does it make the room an obstacle course but it puts wear on the computer charging cords as they are wrapped up at the end of every night. The charging cart will allow us to prolong the life of our Chromebooks and their charging cords through proper daily storage.
