My Students

I teach at a Title I school in North Miami where most of my students receive free breakfast and lunch. My students are faced with many challenges, both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges, I have an amazing class of 24 kindergarten students, who are eager to learn and explore.

My students are creative, curious, motivated, full of energy, and deserve to have access to all the materials necessary to be successful.

My goal is to ensure that my students have all the tools that they need in order to be successful in school.

My Project

My students are very curious and love technology. Young learners need daily opportunities to explore and utilize technology to prepare them for the 21st Century Learning. My goal is to have a 1.1 ratio of technology in my STEM class. This will provide the opportunity for all my students to have access to technology. Please help my class as we work toward acquiring a classroom set of Chromebooks to become fluent and confident in reading, math, and science.

The daily use of chromebooks will help build a technological foundation that children need now and in the future.

The chromebooks will facilitate intervention and enrichment activities to help reach my students full potential. We need your help to become equipped for the world of technology. Thank you in advance for your support.
