My students need technology in the classroom, such as 3 Chromebooks. These will provide us with effective and cost efficient tools to help us succeed!

My Students

Students have so many modalities of learning these days! Technology has become a huge tool for learning in the classroom. These Chromebooks will allow students to go online and learn, work, practice, each working at their own pace.

I have an awesome bunch of students who come from a variety of backgrounds.

They are wonderful and learn in a variety of ways, which requires a number of engaging activities to get them involved in their learning. They have their own struggles, which requires hard work and engaging activities to build on what they have learned and to deepen their understanding. They are sweet, caring, and work hard, which makes me a lucky teacher!

My Project

These computers will allow students to use ConnectEd and SRA online. These are both reading programs that help students practice language arts on their own and at their own level. They will be able to use our math curriculum, Pearson, and IXL, online programs that allow students to work on their own to practice math skills. They will be able to use social studies and science programs which allow them to study and work hard to explore the world of history and science.

We are working towards a class set at a slow and steady pace!

This will allow all students to use technology rather than having to take turns or sit out while most of the students are working. It will give us the opportunity to work on class projects as a whole, rather than smaller groups sharing the computers to work on projects.
