My Students

My students love anything to do with technology, which is great seeing that things are moving towards technology centered. Most of my students would not have access to the latest technology if it wasn’t for the classroom. I want to be able to provide them with the best learning environment possible and I want to prepare them for the future. This group of kids needs more than just the traditional paper and pencil. They are more engaged when technology is in front of them! They are an energetic group of boys and girls who just want to learn!

My Project

My classroom has limited access to computers, iPads, and Chromebooks. Not having access to more devices makes it difficult for everyone to complete an assignment or activity. It takes a lot of planning on my part to be able to utilize what I do have to insure all of my students have a chance with technology. By having a few more Chromebooks, I will be able to do more whole group instruction with students engaged with technology. My students will be able to complete assignments in a timely manner, explore other learning tools available, and use technology to become fluent readers and mathematicians!
