Help me give my students Chromebooks to integrate technology into their everyday instruction and to gain the skills needed to compete in this technologically advanced world.

Our classroom computers are old and have a hard time keeping up with the newer operating systems. With the keyboards missing keys, faulty computer mice and computers that are well past their prime, my students would benefit from having new technology infused into their everyday education!
My students are twelve 10th grade students who have been diagnosed with varying levels of Emotional Disturbances.
Judged often by their peers as well as their communities, my students can have a very negative outlook on school and completing in-depth research assignments. Through time, with a step by step approach, my students are able to understand that the work they create has value and should be celebrated. Unfortunately though, my classroom lacks the technology to allow my students to be creative without getting on each other's cases about not working fast enough. Together, we can help my students who are for the first time making large academic strides continue to grow by providing them with technology that will encourage them to flourish while improving their ability to create multimedia presentations.
Every classroom should not have old machines that work when they decide to work. In our modern world, I am trying to close to academic gaps with my students and their technological skills, with computers that are well past their prime. Without the current, most up to date technology, I am preparing my students to already be behind when they reach the field of employment. Rather than letting this gap get wider, I would like to change their educational lives and futures by giving them regular exposure to computers that, of all things, work!
While they may always have a special place in a museum, the old computers in our classroom should be in a museum.
I cannot prepare my students for their future with machines that have been outdated for over a decade. Be the first, be the next and more.
