The students who learn in my classroom are active, intelligent, and engaged individuals. I teach science, social studies and language to 72 third grade students each week. My students enjoy the hands on activities that are presented in my classroom. These students love to be challenged and have a competitive side. They are curious and are always seeking answers to questions that they may encounter. They are learning to become efficient problem solvers.
My students are eager to learn and are eager to please.
Our community has had a recent renewal of unity. Many individuals in our community are working to provide the best possible environment in which our children can grow and learn. However, there has been a decline in industry in our community recently that has caused hardships on many families. This can make it very challenging for families to be able to provide needed school supplies and support. The students in my classroom deserve the best educational experience that I can give them.
My Project
The third grade at our school has received new Chromebooks for all of our students. We need storage and organization for the Chromebooks in order to protect them. We are very excited to have this new technology. The Chromebooks are a very valuable learning tool for our students an we would like them to be in new condition for many years to come. I am writing this project to obtain storage for the Chromebooks in my classroom as well as the classrooms of the two fellow third grade teachers at my school. Students will be able to store their Chromebooks and to charge them in a safe and organized manner. Without these organizers the Chromebooks will be at a greater risk of being damaged. There will also be difficulty when charging the Chromebooks. We would be so grateful to have this project funded.
