My students need these accessories to use with their new Chromebooks successfully. The charging cases will have two purposes, to protect the Chromebooks but also to allow easy access to the charging station!
The students in my inner city school are very diverse, special, and unique! They all have such wonderful qualities and much to contribute in academic, social, and individual interactions. Though they come from low socio-economic status homes, many with broken families, and are sometimes forced to grow up too fast because of the demands of their home lives, they generally make every effort to overcome the odds.
These kiddos are very bright, talented individuals, each with great potential for success.
My hope is to create an inviting space that welcomes and challenges all levels of learners and to prepare them with 21st century skills.
My Project
My students are fortunate enough to have access to Chromebooks in the classroom, thanks to previous projects funded. They now need the proper accessories to use along with the Chromebooks. These charging cases will allow my students to safely use this technology throughout the classroom and our school. They will also need the charging station to ensure they can access the technology during the span of a whole school day.
These accessories will make a huge difference in my student's daily lives in the classroom, ensuring their success.
Their lives will be improved this year, as well as in the future because of these Chromebook accessories.
