My students are so enthusiastic about learning! They are high achieving kids with lofty goals, but they don’t let that stop them from putting the learning first. They care a lot about what they learn, and they flourish when they get opportunities to be in charge of their own learning.
I love to give them projects that are messy and open ended and see what they can do with them, usually they blow me away!
I am so fortunate to work with he students I do, and they inspire me to work hard to make my classroom better all the time.
My Project
My students love to work collaboratively and with technology. They have a digital textbook with awesome built in etools, they love online tools like Desmos and Delta Math, and they need chances to learn to use Spreadsheets and create quality presentations. But they don’t all have laptops to bring to class everyday, and we aren’t one-to-one like many surrounding schools.
As a Google certified educator, I know how to use chromebooks to make a difference for my students, and I’m ready for the opportunity to make technology a routine way to enhance the work of my classroom.

I want to help my students grow into good digital citizens, build opportunities to code into all of my classes across the curriculum, and make opportunities to collaborate, communicate, think critically, and be creative routine! To accomplish these goals I need chromebooks for my classroom so that ALL my students can have he same opportunities to create and engage with content!
