"Can owls turn their heads all the way around?" This is just one of many questions that the children are constantly asking in my classroom. The have a curiosity of topics that are endless. We are often using online resources as well as texts to answer their questions.
I have 20 students in my classroom.
Twelve are girls and eight are boys. They have a love for learning and are like little sponges trying to soak up as much information as possible. They are kind and considerate to each other and often work collaboratively on projects and in class work. Our school is a fairly new building. It's three years old. Our school is a community that works together to educate our children. Our school has students from kindergarten to forth grade. The student's feel a sense of family when they come to school.
My Project
The students will use the Chrome Books to aide in their online learning. They are beginning to research certain topics, take online assessments, and complete individual and group projects. Having these Chrome Books will give them easier access to the internet. We are unable to have a device for each student. We have about one device for every five students. Having these materials will give them access that they may not be able to have for 1-2 weeks while waiting to use our computer lab.
