Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are low income Spanish speaking students coming from mainly Central America and Mexico. Many have had to leave their families behind in their native country and have had to start a new life here in Texas. They are amazing learners and hardworking.

My Project

My students come from low income households and I want to give them a Christmas gift as many will not receive any this year due to hardships. Please help me give them this special gift to brighten their holiday. These gifts will be enjoyed not only by them, but by siblings in the household. The boys would get a Lego gift set designed to help use their cognitive skills as well as manipulative skills. Girls would get a doll that can dressed up or down using their creative skills. Thank you.
