Our school has about 2,000 students currently enrolled. We'd like to increase the number in our chorus program by at least half next school year, but in order to do that, we need to increase visibility in our school and the community. The chorus students currently enrolled are filled with life and are passionate about music. It is obvious they have had quality training as well as a rich tradition of music learning.
Please help us increase our enrollment by donating to our projects throughout the year thereby increasing our visibility on campus and throughout the community!
My Project
We've recently started adding basic guitar skills to our repertoire in class. Learning guitar will afford us the ability to accompany ourselves while singing at our spring concert and well into the future. There are a few things we've noticed that are missing during our guitar lessons, one of which being picks! We've been using our thumbs to strum and if you've never, it really hurts!
We'd like to use the guitars on our spring concert, which means we will need guitar stands for the stage and picks with which to play.
We'd also like to clean the guitars which haven't been cleaned in their lifetime. Please help us with these few basics in order to perform at our best!
