My Students

My students are amazing because we all know that third grade is the very best grade! They are from sunny St. George in Southern Utah. They come to school each day eager to learn and are tackling reading and math like champs! Sunset is a Title 1 school. My students work hard to become leaders. Many of our students qualify for free and reduced lunch and many of them have difficult home lives. They work hard to overcome obstacles and usually have a smile on their faces.

My Project

It is hard for many students to come back to regular in school learning. I would like more flexible seating options to help make my classroom more comfortable to learn for all students. Every student focuses in a different way. I would like to offer options for my class to find the best seating to help them learn and focus. Every student deserves to move and wiggle in a healthy way. When students can find a way to help them focus learning can improve and and grow. All students can learn!
