My Students

I have 25 sweet Kindergarten students this year. I will be looping and will stay with them through First grade. Teaching is my absolute passion and I love to watch children grow both as individuals and as learners. This year is like no other, as I am teaching my students virtually. Next year it our hope to be back together at school. We're lucky to get two years together.

My students learn through whole group morning meetings, small group lessons taught life, and through pre-recorded video lessons.

They have specific schedules that they are following each day. Some of my students receive extra support services as well. Yet, almost all of my students show up each day with a smile on their face and ready to learn something new.

My Project

Learning about the world we live in is an important part of being in school. Learning how to be kind to others is as well. Kids learn from an early age how to read a map, and also how to get from one place to another. Kids in today's society are constantly on the go.

I want to provide my students with their own social studies books to learn about the world around them.

These books are interactive and encourage lots of classroom discussions. I am also seeking a book pack on being Kind. In the world we live in today, it's so important that everyone remember the importance of this.
