My Students

Our school is in a very diverse part of the Bay Area. We have many different cultures that attend our school which allows all cultures to intermingle and learn all about one another. What is so amazing and wonderful about our school is our student parents love to volunteer. Parents will volunteer in the classroom, for school-wide events, to help out for supervision, and they volunteer to drive for field trips. Our school is a larger middle school with the population more than 1200 students.

My Project

Our P.E department would like to stay on point with the latest trends and technology. Therefore we are asking for a Laptop Computer to help assist with our technology as well as keep track of student data such as recording times for running, games we play and exercises we do in class. Not only can we keep track but with the computer we can then connect it with the Apple TV to help with Yoga lessons, demonstrate exercises to the students and walk through rules of games or how to play games. The Apple TV will allow all students in the class to see the demonstrations instead of the teacher guiding the students.

We are also asking for a VR Vive to allow P.E students to play certain games in virtual reality.

We know that there are games to play and we would like to showcase these games to our P.E students as well.
