My Students
My students attend a Title I public school. Even though they do not have a lot of money or come from the best neighborhoods, they are amazing at troubleshooting and making the best out of everything they set out to accomplish.
The students are hungry for more in the way of hands-on learning in a professional recording studio environment.
I want to offer them the best education possible as they will become trendsetters in an ever-changing world of A/V Production.
My Project
The students in my program study to play with inadequate instruments that hinder their learning to play properly. Having a great instrument such as this bari saxophone and mouthpiece will enable their playing in a positive fashion without the problems faced when having a poor quality instrument. Each day they work through music passages in rehearsal, recording, or stage performances with a great instrument gives them the confidence needed as well as the proper technique which propels them into being great musical artists. Please help me in providing the best instruments for their study.
