My Project

My students are EAGER to come to school and learn! As the Family Engagement Specialist, I strive to make the last moments with my students carry on outside of the classroom to their home life.

Let's capture a moment in time, especially for our military parents, of a special one-on-one event.

I am planning both a Father Daughter Dance and a Mother Son Sneaker Ball. These events will take place after school hours to ensure all parents, guardians, or parental figures can attend, and enjoy the time with their child during this special night.

The goal is for students and parents to have a special moment and take home a picture to remember the night. The camera will be used to snap photos of each family that arrives and the printer will print their memory photograph to take home with them and cherish. These materials will also be used for continuous documentation of events throughout the remainder of the school year!
