The title of our proposal may have taken your attention. The school I teach in is under probation. We all know that chemistry without laboratory can be very abstract. I have been teaching chemistry for 4 months, and my students have not been able to do an experiment properly. We are in urgent need of some basic laboratory equipments like, aprons, safety glasses, movable sinks, as we don't have water connection. I teach 10th grade, and my students are not different than any one out there. Unfortunately, they are stuck with no facilities. We work in a small room, with no water supply, and no equipments. We have been using form glasses, and coffee stirrers. The intellectual level of my students can be seen, by their participation in the area science fair. My request to all of you is please donate simple stuff like aprons, and safety goggles for our students. We all will be highly obliged. I hope you all out there could understand the plight of my students and help them; to understand an abstract subject like chemistry and that there is no chemistry without safety Thanking you, Yours Truly, Ms. Gurpreet.
