Chemistry Students Need Lab and Classroom Supplies

Help me give my students lab goggles, test tubes, filter paper, and funnels to do labs they couldn't do during COVID. Help students who can't afford pencils, dry erase markers, or scientific calculators have access to these materials.

My Project

My students are some of the most dedicated and hard-working students in Arizona! They didn't let COVID get them down, but they also didn't have the opportunity to do labs last year and some of them cannot afford supplies like scientific calculators and dry erase markers.

My students will be using the test tubes for a lab where they decompose sugar, the funnels and filter paper for a lab where they produce and isolate a precipitate, and will use the goggles for the aforementioned labs as well as others, including a lab where we explore gas laws and combust magnesium.

My students will use the scientific calculators for chemistry calculations and dry erase markers for white board activities that will help them enhance their understanding of the difficult material they will learn in chemistry.
