My Students
My students are crowd-pleasing, cheer yelling, stunt building, toe touching, hand clapping, big smiling cheerleaders. These girls make up our school's first Cheer Squad and are trying to boost our school's spirit up. They work hard every day to keep the LION spirit alive!
Many of our students have never had the chance to take part in after-school sports.
With the help of a fellow teacher, a Cheer Squad was formed consisting of 5th graders to promote and encourage leadership, school spirit, and teamwork. They are very passionate about cheerleading and work very hard during practice to make each school event a success.
My Project
Our cheer squad is brand new and our school community is so excited to have them! With the help of a member of the community, we were able to get our girls' shirts to wear to our events but desperately need pom poms.
Having the ability to represent your school supplies students with so much pride and accomplishment.
Our cheer squad gives our students the ability to be a part of a team and work together to support our school. Our students can not wait to represent our school colors as we cheer on the LIONS all year long!
