My Students

My students are sixth graders, attending an intermediate school, in Connecticut. They come from all areas of town and are mostly from an urban setting. Most of our students qualify for free or reduced lunch. In our district, funding is extremely limited, and access to resources are almost non-existent. I want my classroom to be a place where my students can comfortably learn, in a safe and exciting environment, but I also want to give them every opportunity possible to help them succeed.

My Project

My class has been fortunate to receive some iPads and Chromebooks for use in the classroom. We use our devices for research, interactive games, reading, and so much more. In order to continue using them and insure their safety, we need a place to store them.

We need a safe cart to put our devices in so that not only are they able to charge when not in use, but they are able to be locked at stored at night.

My students have taken such good care of these fantastic devices, but we don't have the right location to store and charge them. Thanks for considering our project!
