This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
Our school is an urban, public school in Cleveland, Ohio, giving students a well-rounded education. My second-grade students at our school are amazing students who rise to every challenge they face. They are tough, smart, and beautiful students who I consider my second family.
These children deserve every chance in the world to do amazing things, and that includes having a tablet charging station so they can charge their devices!
Please help make that happen!
My Project
My students recently received three new tablets to use for literacy and math learning. We desperately need a safe place to both charge them and lock them up at the same time. This will provide my students the place they need to charge their tablets while also locking them up and keeping them safe. The tablets are an integral part of our literacy and math instruction and we want to protect our new equipment to ensure we have them for many years to come. Thank you for your support of our project.
