My Students
My students are inquisitive and perform the absolute best when they are working in small groups. They absolutely love hands-on activities that allow them to opportunity to work with their peers. They come to school each day ready to learn regardless of what obstacles they may face outside of my classroom. The majority of my students arrive at school each day looking forward to being in an environment that encourages a positive mindset. Each school year I get a group of students that inspire me to do more to help them reach their potential!
My Project
Currently, we have one working outlet in my classroom. It is very difficult to find an effective way to charge the devices in our classroom. With the help of this charging station, the students could take ownership of the devices and be sure they charge overnight. This way, when we arrive back to school in the morning, they are fully charged and available for use string center time. I am a firm believer that students should be able to use technology as much as possible in the classroom and this piece of technology would allow that to happen. Please consider donating to this project so my students can have easy access to technology!
