My Students

The strength of our school is the diversity in our student body. We have students from all walks of life. The really great things about our students is that even though we have so much diversity know one feels left out they are all so welcoming of each other. I love teaching here!

My Project

Badminton is a really fun game to learn and especially to play! The game originated in Gloucestershire, England where it was first played in about 1873. Badminton is a court or lawn game played with lightweight rackets and a shuttlecock. Badminton is an Olympic sport it first appeared in the Olympic games as a demonstration sport in 1972 and as an exhibition sport in 1988. At the 1992 Games it became a full-medal Olympic sport.

It has been a struggle with Covid the past couple of years and Badminton is a really good way for my students to relieve some of the stress that it has caused.
