Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I love my students because they are all unique in their own special way. They are so eager to learn, knowing that their parents are behind them 100%. They are not afraid to ask questions, because they understand that, when you don’t understand something, you must not keep silent. I always tell my students, when you keep your words in, they are private. But, when you speak them out load, they become public. My students are amazing and I love all of them!

My Project

These materials will help my students learn the importance of good sportsmanship as well as being a great leader through collaboratIon. My students will learn that there are rules and regulations in every situation that they will encounter. Learning the meaning of good sportsmanship at a young age will teach them a lot about life. Learning doesn’t always happen in the classroom. When students are allowed to have extracurricular activities it allows them to learn more about their classmates in another way. Now, they are teammates, which changes the whole game.
