My Students

Our classroom is a community of eager, silly, self-motivated 5-year-old learners. Our school hosts a gifted program; for the district, where the students receive inclusive services all day. These services provide needed enrichment and the differentiation they require.

Our classroom consists of 24 students whose academic levels, social needs, culture, and nationalities are all diverse.

However, together we are a strong community that respects, relies on, and works together to put our best effort to be conducive learners.

My students are dedicated and extremely hard workers who try their best, each and every day!

My Project

Our kindergarten classroom is complied of 24 little bodies, each yearning to learn something new by the minute. Currently, we do not have furniture to meet their needs. Our chairs are either too small or too large to fit under their table. For obvious reasons, this affects their physical comfort, ability to complete work and their concentration.

We need chairs that make accessing materials, feasible for a 5 year-old.

Students will be able to touch the floor and effortlessly have their legs fit comfortably under the table! It will ensure focus and attentiveness for the lesson being presented to them!
