This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In a low-income school, we have many needs to fulfill with little to no funding. I plan on using the flexible seating choices to help my students with specific learning needs such as standing to learn, wheels to slide, and other sensory needs.

I wish to create a fun learning environment where the students enjoy learning and feel safe.

To do this, I wish to get some comfortable furniture for the students to sit and work at. I want them to feel important and to have choices. Help a student who otherwise would never get this chance!
