This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We need Activity Centers for Differentiated Learning. Our classroom needs math, fine motor, and literacy centers. I have no centers for my students and acquiring these games and activities will be so beneficial for them. All the activities and manipulatives that I have requested will help reinforce mathematical skills in Kinder and also will help with students’ fine motor skills.

Math and literacy centers provide hands-on practice of the skills taught in the classroom.

Centers foster oral language development, self-regulation, and social skills through play experiences. Most importantly centers increase students’ confidence and independence in learning. Students review previously learned content and enrich their knowledge at any level.
