My Students
I have a group of very eager and bright students who are always ready to learn. They come from a wide variety of backgrounds and range of academic abilities. I have students of all levels who are eager to learn.
My students love to succeed and are always growing and mastering concepts. Our class has high goals for themselves and said they were all going to read at grade level or higher and do well on their end of the year standardized tests.
My Project
My students need real centers, not paper cards covered in plastic to use in class. I want the students to be able to experience their learning hands on without having to worry about breaking or tearing the little flimsy cards. I can already see the kids excitement the first time they get to use those hot dots sets. Also, teaching reading comprehension by having them roll a dice or catch a beach ball will be a blast for all.
Hands on learning is the best kind of learning, and these materials will make that possible.
I can't wait to present these centers to the students and see how excited they get for learning and practicing there standards.
