My students need "Great Job" Award Trophies, Cheers to the Grad Tote Bags, Graduation Stuffed Owls, a Classroom Clock Kit, and I'm Going to First Grade Buttons to celebrate their Kindergarten Graduation.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My Kindergarten students are eager learners who attend school in a high-poverty STEM school district in Texas. Over 85% of my students qualify for free or reduced-price lunch. All of my students receive free breakfast. My students are sweet, happy children who are excited about learning. Kindergarten begins the foundation of learning academic and social skills which will carry the students successfully through their academic years. I want to provide resources to help my students have a successful year in Kindergarten!
My Project
In about 2 months, we will be having our Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony. It is always a wonderful time to celebrate the children's accomplishments during the year. The children are happy and the parents and teachers are proud. After the ceremony, I want to provide my Kindergarten students with graduation tote bags containing rewards and mementos. I want my awesome students to know how smart and wonderful they are.
This graduation tote bag, full of rewards and mementos, will be a great way for my students to end their Kindergarten year!
Each student will receive a graduation gift bag filled with treats including a graduation owl, a "Great Job" trophy, a sight word practice book, and a plastic clock. I want to provide resources that will not only celebrate their Kindergarten accomplishments but also prepare them for first grade.
