Celebrating Growth in Our Learning Community Continues!

Help me give my students pop it fidgets, bouncy balls, and mini Nerf balls to reward and celebrate achievements when meeting milestones in our learning community.

My Project

Connections are key in our learning community. As an educator, I believe social-emotional learning is equally important as academics. I aim to design an inclusive learning community that encourages students to value their own successes as well as those of others. I aim to achieve this through our instruction and interaction as well as through incentives and motivators that encourage my students to be the best they can be.

My hope is for all of my students to see themselves as part of our learning community as we celebrate and acknowledge their achievements and the milestones they meet along the way.

As a teacher, I want to be equipped with what my students need to succeed, whether it be Nerf balls or desirable classroom rewards such as pop it fidgets and bouncy balls. Supporting our learning community by having these rewards available for my students to earn for accomplishments is a valuable component of making our class run smoothly. Not only does working toward a goal encourage my students to strive for excellence, but it also provides them with the opportunity for self-worth and accomplishment to validate their identity and build their confidence. Thank you for helping make our classroom community a validating and rewarding place to be!
